Pat's Harlem Night
On my last blog, I featured some of my favorite femme bawses that I've had the pleasure of capturing. One of those phenomenal women was Courtney of Ryan Morgan Events. I recently had the pleasure of working with Courtney and an amazing team of creatives, for a very special 65th birthday. Think 1920's nightclub, flapper dresses and feather boas, cigarette girls and pearls, hand rolled cigars and Great Gatsby. That was the concept behind "Pat's Harlem Night" but not your traditional color scheme, Courtney took things to another level with her merlot, rose gold and ivory color scheme to make this #Roaring 20's party especially unique.
Let me tell you, the details were perfection and best of all, the birthday girl and guests had an amazing time.
How gorgeous are these luxe details? But wait, there's more! This is just the beginning! Check out this custom bar with all the fixins!
And we cant forget about the cigarette girls and cigar roller which added to the authenticity of the theme.
But a party wouldn't be a party without the guest of honor and her guests, music, dancing and of course, cake.
Hope you enjoyed a look back at this 1920's inspired birthday celebration, as much as I enjoyed capturing it.
It was an amazing collaborative event. Teamwork truly makes the dream work. Check out the wonderful team of vendors who helped to make this event spectacular:
